Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of AxoCareers (the "Service"). By creating an account, posting a job, or browsing listings, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Use of the job board
AxoCareers aggregates and hosts health-industry job listings from multiple sources, including employer-paid postings, public government feeds (e.g. USAJobs), and third-party partner feeds (sponsored, affiliate, or backfill content). You may browse and apply to listings, but AxoCareers does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or outcome of any listing.
2. Employer postings
Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of jobs they post. Paid postings go through moderation before going live and may be rejected or removed at AxoCareers's discretion, including for violating the prohibited-postings rules below. Posting fees are described on the Pricing page and are non-refundable except as required by law or at AxoCareers's discretion.
3. Candidate accounts
Candidate accounts let you save jobs, manage alert preferences, and (for select postings) submit applications through AxoCareers. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including resume content and contact details, and for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. Third-party job listings
Many listings originate from third parties (government agencies, job aggregators, affiliate networks, or partner feeds) and link out to a third-party site to complete your application. AxoCareers does not control, endorse, or guarantee the content, accuracy, or hiring practices of third-party sites you're redirected to.
5. Sponsored, featured, and affiliate listings
Some listings are paid, featured, premium, sponsored, or part of an affiliate/referral program. These receive enhanced placement and are labeled as described in our Disclosures page. Sponsorship status reflects a commercial relationship, not an employer endorsement by AxoCareers or a measure of job quality.
6. Outbound apply links
Clicking "Apply" on many listings redirects you to a third-party site. AxoCareers records that a click occurred (see our Privacy Policy) but is not a party to your application or any resulting employment relationship.
7. No guarantee of employment or applicants
AxoCareers does not guarantee that candidates will be hired or that employers will receive any particular number of applicants, views, or clicks. Listing fees pay for placement and visibility, not outcomes.
8. Employer responsibility for job accuracy
Employers must ensure postings are accurate, current, and comply with applicable employment and advertising law (including equal-opportunity requirements). AxoCareers may remove or edit listings that are inaccurate, discriminatory, or otherwise non-compliant.
9. Candidate responsibility for application accuracy
Candidates are responsible for the truthfulness of information submitted in applications, profiles, and resumes. Misrepresentation may result in account termination and is solely between the candidate and the employer/partner involved.
10. Prohibited postings
AxoCareers prohibits listings that:
- Are fraudulent, deceptive, or for non-existent positions
- Require upfront payment from candidates ("pay to work" schemes)
- Violate anti-discrimination or labor law
- Promote illegal activity or violate a third party's rights
- Were scraped from a job board in violation of that board's terms
11. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform (including click fraud or scraping), or pose a legal or security risk to AxoCareers or its users, with or without notice.
12. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxoCareers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on third-party listings or outcomes of any application.

14. Password and account security
Passwords are stored as one-way bcrypt hashes. A self-service password reset flow is available at /forgot-password. Repeated failed login attempts from the same email or IP address cause a temporary lockout to protect against credential stuffing; this is not a security guarantee. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
15. Email communications
By creating an account, you consent to transactional emails (account, payment, job-status events). Marketing emails (job alerts, saved-job reminders) require an explicit opt-in on your candidate profile. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We use Resend for email delivery; their terms apply to message delivery. Employer verification emails are required before posting a job.
