Monetization Disclosures
Last updated: June 29, 2026
AxoCareers blends several kinds of job listings. In plain terms:
- Some jobs are paid listings — an employer paid to post them.
- Some jobs are featured or premium listings — an employer paid extra for enhanced placement.
- Some jobs are sponsored or affiliate/referral listings — AxoCareers earns revenue (typically per click) from a partner network, not from the hiring employer directly.
- Sponsored and featured/premium jobs may receive enhanced placement in search results compared to standard organic listings.
How AxoCareers makes money
AxoCareers may earn revenue from paid job postings, subscriptions, sponsored listings, affiliate links, or outbound apply clicks. A "Sponsored" badge on a job card or detail page means that listing is part of a monetized partnership — it does not mean AxoCareers independently vetted or endorses that employer.
Government & public listings
Listings sourced from public government feeds (e.g. USAJobs) are never sponsored or monetized by AxoCareers, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by AxoCareers beyond aggregation. These retain clear source attribution ("via USAJobs") on every listing so it's always clear where the job came from and that it isn't a paid placement.
