These Community Guidelines set the baseline for respectful, honest, and constructive participation on the platform. They apply to all users — employers, candidates, recruiters, and any other participants. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

Be Honest

Represent yourself, your organization, and your credentials truthfully. Do not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, employment history, company name, or the nature of a job opportunity. Impersonating another person, organization, or healthcare institution is prohibited.

Be Accurate

Employers: post only real jobs with accurate titles, descriptions, pay, and locations. Candidates: submit accurate applications with truthful work history and qualifications. Do not provide materially false or misleading information in any profile, listing, or application material.

Be Respectful

Treat every person on the platform with respect. Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, hate speech, and abusive language directed at any user are prohibited. This includes communications through messaging, application notes, and any other platform feature. AxoCareers does not tolerate discriminatory language targeting any person or group based on protected characteristics.

Protect Privacy

Do not post, share, or solicit private or sensitive personal information about others, including financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, medical records, passport numbers, or immigration status. Collecting sensitive personal information from candidates before a conditional offer of employment is made is prohibited and may constitute fraud.

No Fraud or Scams

Do not use AxoCareers to conduct scams, run advance-fee fraud, impersonate legitimate employers, or deceive candidates into providing money, gift cards, banking details, or personally sensitive information. Fraudulent postings will be removed and referred to law enforcement where appropriate.

No Spam or Manipulation

Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to mass-submit applications, scrape content, manipulate search rankings, or generate fake engagement. Do not create multiple accounts to evade enforcement or to submit duplicate postings. Do not engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior.

No Harmful Content

Do not upload files, attachments, or content containing viruses, malware, exploits, or other harmful code. Do not attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.

Intellectual Property

Do not post job listings, descriptions, or materials that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Do not copy job descriptions from other platforms or employers without authorization. See our DMCA Policy.

Healthcare Professional Responsibilities

Healthcare employers and professionals using AxoCareers are responsible for ensuring that their participation on the platform is consistent with their professional obligations, licensing requirements, institutional credentialing policies, and applicable healthcare regulations. AxoCareers does not verify credentials, perform exclusion screening, or provide clinical supervision. See the Employer Terms for the full credentialing notice.

Enforcement

AxoCareers may investigate, remove, hide, or take down any content or account that appears to violate these guidelines, applicable law, or our Terms of Service. Enforcement decisions are made in our sole discretion. We may but are not obligated to provide notice or explanation. Users may report violations using the report feature on any listing or via our Fraud and Abuse Reporting page.
