The technician functions as a resource to pharmacy staff, Non-VA and community care partners, and the Medical center regarding community care prescriptions. The incumbent will support patient care in the Pharmacy waiting room, assisting patients with pharmacy procedures, providing care coordination between pharmacy and providers, and assisting Pharmacy operations as needed
